Registration is now CLOSED.
The Theory and Simulation of Disruptions Workshop will be held at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory in Princeton, NJ on July 17 -18, 2013. There will be a registration fee to cover meeting costs, refreshments and hotel/lab transportation. Dinner tickets will need to be purchased separately; extra dinner tickets can also be purchased for accompanying persons. We encourage persons interested in participating in this workshop to register as soon as possible and to follow the instructions given for payment of registration fees. You must register at the Registration page. Once you register you will receive an email confirmation.

REGISTRATION FEE : $60.00- Registration deadline: June 20, 2013
Student Registration Fee: $30.00
WORKSHOP DINNER FEE: $45.00 Guests who wish to attend the dinner must purchase a dinner ticket separately; extra dinner tickets can also be purchased for accompanying persons. *For attendees from DOE National Labs: The dinner is considered an unallowable expense. However, a portion maybe reimburseable through M&IE if you are on travel status.*
METHODS OF REGISTRATION AND DINNER TICKET PAYMENT- *Payments must be recived by June 20, 2013*
Payment methods accepted include Personal Check (received on or before 6/20/13), Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

through this Registration link. At the registration payment link select method of payment (check, wire transfer or credit card) and follow the instructions for submission.
Registration Cancellation/Refunds
A notification of cancellation and a request for a refund must be received in writing (email us at tsd2013.pppl.gov by July 1, 2013). All cancellation/refund requests will be assessed a $25 processing fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION.
